Wallowa County Health Care District (WCHCD) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We actively work to improve the user experience for all visitors and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website.
This website targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. WCAG 2.1 Level AA defines requirements to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
An accessibility audit was conducted in May 2026 covering all 40 pages of the wchcd.org website. All pages under WCHCD’s direct control have been remediated to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
The Job Posting portal linked from this website (hosted at wallowa.netreturns.biz) is managed by a third-party vendor and is not under WCHCD’s direct control. Accessibility issues have been identified on that portal and WCHCD has requested remediation from the vendor. If you need assistance accessing job postings, please contact us directly using the information below.
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the WCHCD website. If you experience any barriers, have difficulty accessing any content, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us:
