At Wallowa Memorial Hospital, our Orthopedics & Sports Medicine program is dedicated to restoring your mobility, alleviating pain, and improving your quality of life. We believe in providing comprehensive, personalized care, working collaboratively with you to achieve your best possible outcome.
Our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team provides comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. Our services include arthroscopic knee surgery, carpal tunnel and trigger finger releases, and shoulder arthroscopy for issues like rotator cuff and labral tears. We also perform hip fracture fixation, hardware removal, and open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) for distal radius and ankle fractures, among many other orthopedic concerns.
Meet Our Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Scott Nasson is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. He received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic residency at the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth, followed by a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Chicago. Dr. Nasson has over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive care for both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic conditions, with extensive expertise in arthroscopic procedures of the knee and shoulder, including ACL reconstructions and rotator cuff repairs. He is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care to his patients. Outside of his practice, Dr. Nasson enjoys cycling, kayaking, and hiking in the great outdoors.
