Comprehensive Orthopedic Care

Our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team provides comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. Our services include total joint replacements, arthroscopic knee surgery, carpal tunnel and trigger finger releases, and shoulder arthroscopy for issues like rotator cuff and labral tears. We also perform hip fracture fixation, hardware removal, and open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) for distal radius and ankle fractures, among many other orthopedic concerns.

Meet Our Orthopedic Surgeons

Dr. Scott Nasson is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. He received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic residency at the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth, followed by a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Chicago. Dr. Nasson has over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive care for both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic conditions, with extensive expertise in arthroscopic procedures of the knee and shoulder, including ACL reconstructions and rotator cuff repairs. He is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care to his patients. Outside of his practice, Dr. Nasson enjoys cycling, kayaking, and hiking in the great outdoors.

Dr. Tim Neuschwander is an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in sports medicine and total joint reconstruction.  His specific expertise encompasses arthroscopy of the hip, shoulder, and knee, as well as total joint replacement for the hip, knee, and shoulder. He is highly certified, holding status as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, following a five-year practice period in McCall, Idaho. Dr. Neuschwander completed his education at Dartmouth and the Keck School of Medicine of USC, followed by an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at UC San Diego, a Research Fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and a Sports Medicine Fellowship with the Santa Monica Orthopedic Group. Throughout his career, he has served in significant sports medicine roles, including Assistant Team Physician for the LA Galaxy, Volunteer Team Physician at the U.S. Olympic Training Center, and Head Orthopedic Physician at Northern Michigan University. Outside of his medical practice, he is an active individual who enjoys mountain biking, dirt biking, snowmobiling, alpine skiing, and Nordic ski marathons with his family.
