Led by our dedicated Laboratory Director, Alisha Beirl MS, our team of skilled professionals is committed to delivering high-quality testing and exceptional service.

24/7 Emergency Availability: Our laboratory operates around the clock, seven days a week, to support the needs of our emergency department and hospitalized patients (please see outpatient hours below).
Comprehensive Testing: We offer a broad range of laboratory tests, from routine analyses to more complex diagnostics.
Experienced Team: Our team includes highly qualified Medical Laboratory Scientists who perform laboratory testing and Phlebotomists who provide excellent customer service, expertly process specimens, and perform blood draws.
Commitment to Quality: Our laboratory adheres to rigorous quality standards and utilizes innovative techniques and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient results.

Provider Orders: Physician orders for laboratory services are required and should be faxed to 541-426-5318.

Outpatient Laboratory Services

For your convenience, we offer dedicated outpatient lab draw services during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
