Wallowa Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Medical Services (EMS) team is here for you 24/7, 365 days a year. We provide comprehensive and advanced emergency medical care to all of Wallowa County with a team dedicated to delivering swift and compassionate service when you need it most.

Wallowa County EMS provides a full spectrum of emergency services, including:

  • 24/7 Emergency Scene Care: We are always available to provide immediate medical attention anywhere in Wallowa County.
  • Community Outreach and Training: We offer CPR, First Aid, and interagency training to enhance community preparedness.
  • In-Hospital Support: Our crews assist with critical patients, neonatal resuscitation, and other patient/staff needs within the hospital.
  • Safe and Appropriate Transfers: We facilitate transfers to other facilities as well as approved transfers home or back to Wallowa Memorial Hospital from other care organizations.

  • State-of-the-Art Equipment: We utilize Hamilton Ventilators, Butterfly Ultrasound, Sapphire medication pumps, ISTAT point-of-care labs, O negative blood products, and an advanced medication formulary.
