Wallowa Memorial Hospital’s Cardiopulmonary Department provides comprehensive care for your heart and lung health. We utilize advanced technology, including stress echocardiograms, for precise diagnostics and personalized treatment plans. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering compassionate care and helping you achieve optimal respiratory well-being.

Outpatient Services

We provide a variety of cardiopulmonary outpatient services to meet your needs. Our offerings include cardiac holter monitors, pulmonary function tests, and cardiac stress or stress echocardiogram tests. We also perform newborn hearing screenings and overnight pulse oximetry, along with other specialized services.

Inpatient Services

During your hospital stay, our Registered Respiratory Therapist provides comprehensive respiratory care, including:

  • Administration of respiratory medications, bronchial hygiene maintenance, and patient education
  • Attendance at newborn deliveries to ensure respiratory support
  • Emergency Room assistance, managing ventilators and airways
  • Setup and management of CPAP, BIPAP, and High Flow Therapy

To schedule an appointment with our Cardiopulmonary Department, please request a referral from your Primary Care Provider. Once we receive the referral, we will contact you to schedule your appointment.
