We can bill all Medicare, Oregon Medicaid, and Commercial Plans. We can also bill Healthshare plans who are in network with Multiplan, First Health or PHCS.
Yes, we offer a 20% prompt pay discount if paid in full within 20 days of receiving your first statement.

What Services Are Covered?
We offer financial assistance/charity care for emergency and other appropriate hospital-based services on a sliding fee scale.
Discounts range from 25% to 100%.
If you qualify for financial assistance/charity care, you will not be charged more than the amounts generally billed to insured patients.
How to Apply: Any patient may apply for financial assistance/charity care by submitting a completed application and required supporting documents.
