The Wallowa County Health Care District was formed in 1992 and is the governing body of Wallowa Memorial Hospital and Medical Clinic and Wallowa Valley Senior Living, a residential care facility offering assisted living and memory care. With an elected five-member board, the District meets monthly with hospital administration and the management team of WVSL.

The medical campus in Enterprise includes Wallowa Memorial Hospital, Parkway Health & Wellness Center, housing Wallowa Memorial Medical Clinic, the Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Clinic, and Wallowa Valley Senior Living. Additional Wallowa Memorial Medical Clinics operate in Wallowa, Joseph, and Downtown Enterprise, serving all residents and visitors of Wallowa County.
